Memories of Canada
Hi, everyone!
How's everyone feeling? It's been cold lately. I'm very happy because I love fall. Today, I'm going to talk about my home stay in Canada. When I was a freshman in high school, I did a 10-day home stay in Canada. I met a lot of nice people there and went to many places, so I would like to share them with you.
I stayed with a friend and a family. They were a family of five: father, mother, mother's sister, 5-year-old son and 10-year-old daughter. They were so kind! I studied English every day at the language school. There were a lot of people from different countries, and I made friends with a girl from Taiwan. On school holidays, I went shopping and played in the park with my host family. I also toured a lot of places, and my favorite places are Whistler Blackcomb and Grambal Island. Whistler Blackcomb is a famous ski resort. It was so beautiful! Whistler Village is a great place to shop and eat. Grambal Island is a tourist destination in Vancouver. There are a variety of shops, such as clothing stores, souvenir shops, food shops, etc. If you want to buy some souvenirs and take some beautiful photos, I recommend this spot!

I think it's good to go abroad and experience different cultures and talk to foreigners. I have been missing my host family lately. Once the coronavirus has settle, I want to see them again and visit other tourist destinations!
Thank you for reading!
