How to make cheese balls!

  Hello, every one!

  What is your favorite food? I love to eat, so I cook for myself a lot. Today I'm going to show you how to make cheese balls. Maybe a lot of people know what it is. I's a famous food in Korea and people often eat it with fried chicken.

 First, prepare 180g of shiratama flour(a kind of glutinous rice flour), 50g of pancake mix, 30g of sugar, 5g of salt and 40ml of hot water and mix them together. Second, tear into ping-pong balls roll them out flat, top with malted cheese and Sakeru-cheese, and wrap them up. Third, crumble the cornflakes and put them around the cheese balls. Finally, fly them in oil and you're done! This way is very easy to make and I recommend it. 

 Do you know Purinkuru-sauce? It's a famous sauce that Koreans eat on fried chicken and cheese balls. I'm going to show you how to make that sauce, too. First, prepare 10g of sugar, 40g of yogurt, 5g of honey mustard, 20g of water candy and 25g of cream cheese and mix them together. Second, warm it up in the microwave so that cream cheese melts. I recommend heating it up for 10 seconds at a time as overcooking it will cause it to harden. Finally, stir it up and you're done!

 Freshly made cheese balls are so good! I hope you all try to make them. I can't travel abroad now, but I want to go to Korea someday to eat real cheese balls!

    I love to eat too and love cheese😍😍I have made cheese ball before, and it was very delicious. However, I did'n know how to make Purinkuru-sauce until I read this blog, so thank you for tell us how to make it! I will make it soon, and let's go eat Korean food together someday!

    Hi Natsumi, I love cheese ball...! If you go to Korea, be sure to try the cheese balls from a chicken restaurant called BHC Chicken! The cheese powder around it is really good... I'm really missing Korea and I'm going to crazy soon...😭Thank you for sharing cheese ball recipe! I'll make it｡°(°´ᯅ`°)°｡

Hi, everyone!   First semester is almost over. Time flies so fast. I could never go to campus in this semester, so I was very bored... Holidays

Hi, Everyone! The rainy season has started recently and it is raining every day... I'm a little depressed. However, hydrangea is beautiful!   My favorite holiday is Respect for the Aged Day. My maternal grandparents live in my neighborhood, so we often go out and eat dinner together. They used to live in  Saitama, but they moved to Ibaraki a few years ago. I often went to Saitama to meet them when I was young. I'm happy to be able to go to there again to attend university as a college student! My grandparents always support me.
